TRP Channel Agonist

(R)-Methanandamide (AM-356), an analog of the endocannabinoid ligand Anandamide, is a potent CB1 agonist with a K_i of 20 nM. (R)-Methanandamide also activates vanilloid (TRPV1) receptors.
